International Key Account Manager for Germany

Cycleon Sales is searching for an International Key Account Manager for Germany

Responsible to maximize the growth potential with new and/or existing clients predominantly located in Germany, and deliver sound and agreed profit margins.
 
Key requirements:

  • Master background relevant to sales management in a complex, non-standardized international environment.
  • Proven track record of high level account closing (minimum of 8 years) and proven ability to sell a value proposition to large international organizations & top level management.
  • Experience in the after market service industry, with preference for reverse logistics.
  • An established network of potential pan-European customers for the Cycleon solutions.

Your profile:

  • A highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • A true international sales hunter – able to make things happen.
  • You are driven to realize sales targets and closing deals.
  • Affinity and knowledgable within the German market. Understandable of the culture & habits, able to  easily “open doors” to top level management.
  • Conceptual thinking capabilities.
  • Good influencing skills and strong negotiator.
  • Strong written and presentation skills, good networking and prospecting, IT literate and a team player.
  • Excellent German (close to mother-tongue) and English language skills.

Mobility:

  • The candidate is required to work 1-2 days per week from the Cycleon office located in Utrecht,The Netherlands. The remainder of the week will be spent travelling to prospects and clients throughout Germany and Europe.
  • Ideally the candidate is located (or willing to) near the Dutch-German border, with easy access to an international airport and/or train station.
