Reverse Logistics GmbH, headquartered in Dornach near Munich, is an indirect subsidiary of Monitor Clipper Equity Partners II L.P. and other owners – predominantly former CCR shareholders. Currently, RLG has three holding companies that are managed as sub-groups: CCR Logistics Systems AG, Cycleon Netherlands B.V. and Vfw GmbH.
